This means that we will treat your data in confidence and hold it securely. We will ensure that your details will not be passed on to any third party or other company or council unless you give us permission.

• Personal data will only be used for analysis and will be retained for five years.

• Data will be shared with Active Derbyshire Partners only, and will not be shared with any other third parties.

• By completing the questionnaire, you agree to us holding your data under the GDPR.  We will hold your data for 5 years.
